It was well worth the wait for Ferns Roofing to come and reroof our house. They have done an excellent job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Although previous builders work on the house had created many problems, Andy used his experience and skills to successfully resolve and rectify these mistakes. Andy is a perfectionist who makes sure all work is done to a very high standard. From initial contact to completion communication was excellent, with daily updates from Andy. Fern's Roofing made an excellet job of rebuilding our chimney. Handling of extremely heavy, old style, limestone building blocks, at height, was a particularly difficult aspect of this job. Nevertheless Fern's were thorough and paid great attention to detail. We need further roof work for which will certsinly use Fern's again.

Andrew and his team have done several jobs at my home, including replacing our roof in 2021. The quality of workmanship is always excellent. It's no secret to his clients that Andrew is a perfectionist, and that shows in every job he does. But as well as first-class work, Andrew explains everything he does, and is keen to show the work as it progresses (you get a great view of your property from up on a scaffold!). As a customer, I am also reassured by the fact that whenever I've had any issues after the work has been completed (which is rare), Andrew responds immediately to contacts and invariably calls round to check in. The fact that I always go back to Andrew when more work is needed speaks volumes about how helpful and trustworthy he and his team are.

We were provided with regular updates and pictures identifying what needed to be fixed and how they had fixed it. Andy uses high quality materials and pays meticulous attention to the task in hand. I would highly recommend Andy and his team following the work they have done on our re-roof. Due to the age and condition of our roof several unforeseen problems were encountered along the way, Andy always kept us well informed throughout and came up with solutions each time, at no point did we think the work wouldn't be finished to the highest standard. The attention to detail is second to none and you can tell that Andy and the team take great pride in their work.
