Thank you so much to Banner Jones Zoe Robertson and team at the Sheffield and Dronfield branch. Always on top of the game for our house purchase and always kept us informed and acted in a timely and effecient manner at each step of the way. They made the process less stressful for us and also answered any questions we had. Would recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to say what a great team at Dronfield! Strongly recommend this small but mighty team for any house selling/buying matters. We were kept up to date regularly by Claire and Catherine and they were always prompt and responsive to our emails/queries. It was handy to pop to the office in dronfield to collect/drop off documents and it was so easy to reach the team by phone/email/or in person. thank you to the team for all their hard work!

Dropped the chain less than ten hours before moving time because they failed to do adequate checks on the people above including a money laundering check. Made a lot of people angry this day due to gross incompetence. I'm embarrassed for their team, their name is mud.
