Great staff, really friendly no pressure and super helpful.
Nice place but horrific place for food. Takes about 45 min to ah hour for a fruitshoot & a coffee. Awful service
The least responsive business I have ever encountered. I've been getting the receipts from (what I assume is a distant relative of mine) emailed to me for years, and despite having attempted Multiple Times over Multiple Years to tell this location of the fact that THEY HAVE THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, they keep sending me stuff. One of these days I feel like I should just fly across the Atlantic and take the trip that I have all the confirmation receipts for.
My friend and I have been many times to book our holidays ..the staff are fabulous helpful above and beyond
Booked a holiday we pay them so ie commission, bonus ,etc, booked us a hotel room smallest ever, went to airport never told us we needed nhs app on phone, usa still covid never told us that,said it was our responsibility if so what are we paying an agent for,by the time the app came through on phone with jab details we missed plane,had to book another flight which HAYS quoted £1040.00,i went to the ticket office at airport and booked a return flight for £660.00 , to which i asked them to recompense me,point blank said no,my point i was making is that they never told us we needed this app,we could have then downloaded it on the 5 hr coach trip down,giving us enough time at the airport to catch flight.
