Ark Veterinary Practice - Dronfield

We unfortunately had to have our Gecko PTS yesterday. The amazing service, care, compassion and knowledge our Vet had was outstanding. Thank you for all your guidance and support. Highly recommend this vet on all counts. The reception staff are welcoming, supportive and compassionate. The nurses even managed to give us a little keepsake which meant a lot to my son. Thank you!

Ark are AMAZING!!! I can’t speak for them being called expensive as we haven’t shopped around based on price, only reputation for first class pet care and every penny we’ve ever spent with Ark has been money well spent!!! They are truly wonderful!! ALL THE STAFF!! Beth is an amazing vet, Sally & Jo on reception are wonderful and every member of the team we’ve met has been fantastic. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the love and care they’ve given to our crazy Springer Spaniel, Pepper, has been outstanding. Pepper has put us through the mill with her antics but Ark have come to her rescue more than once!! We literally cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff there and cannot thank you all enough for the continued support and kindness you’ve shown us and Pepper!! THANK YOU TO ALL AT ARK!!!!

Staff are always friendly, very little waiting time and a super clean environment with a cat calming section for those cats that don't do too well in their carry cases. Only issue is parking; outside the vets there are 2 parking spaces and if they are full, you'll have to park on a side street.

Thanks to the kind compassionate staff at Ark Veterinary Surgery during our cat Rosie's recent illness, and the really professional and kind way our vet assisted Rosie to pass peacefully. We are extremely grateful. The lovely condolence card from the staff was a touching moment for us both. Thank you all once again

We have been going to Ark vets ( Killamarsh) for approx 3 years. Our dog ( Sausage) can't wait to get there and greets all staff members like old friends. They go above and beyond to help both our dog and US. I'm always blown away by the level of care , respect and professionalism. If treatment or medication is needed EVERYTHING is discussed before hand. Payment for consultation and treatment if needed is always clear and fair. If we are being honest having a pet isn't cheap and shouldn't be entered without much thought and consideration. I guess the RSPCA would be out of a job if we all did that ‼️. I absolutely can't recommend these loving and caring people enough. They show my fur baby as much love as I do and for that I will be forever grateful.
