The place stinks of cigarette smoke and the man who works there has a horrible attitude. He's appallingly rude, if you arrive during the fleeting moments when he isn't sitting in his car with the engine running, shouting into his phone, or smoking outside again. I'd actively advise against giving them any business, but if you do, don't expect politeness, a modicum of effort, help or even a courteous word of thanks. Do expect him to blow smoke in your face, or into your car if you park outside and he's smoking again/still when you get out, accusations of theft, ignorance and rank disrespect.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could as the customer service is a disgrace. The guy doesn't even bother to come and serve you for ages because he's always sat in his car outside on the phone. Then when you actually get served, they scam you by not charging the stated prices.

They are always absolutely useless in here, the pay point has never worked in the 2 years I’ve tried it. Bloke behind the counter acts like it’s his first day on planet earth every time you go in.

Extremely rude. I asked for help delivering a parcel and the locker wasn’t working. The staff behind the desk just shook their head at me and stated that he doesn’t deal with it over and over again before I could even ask them a question. I actually couldn’t believe how rude they were. Worst customer service ever.

Went in to drop off a DHL return, as it is a service that they offer and I was told by the person working that I had to come back tomorrow as he did not know how to do them. What is the point in offering a service if you don't train your staff on how to do it. I won't be coming back here and wasting my time.
