Homesense Sheffield Norton

I normally love shopping in this shop. Always normally a really good pleasant experience. They sell gorgeous one off unique items. I took an item to the till, and the member of staff was saying it was more than what was on the tag. Told him the same ones in another colour where priced at that amount, and to check. Came back with a totally different item trying to charge me £5.00 more. Told him to check again or i'd leave it. Said he'd checked with the staff. He made me feel very awkward. He obviously couldn't find where the others where or just couldn't be bothered..I could have gone to fetch it to show him, but I left it in the end, as a huge que behind me. Not professional atall and I most definately won't be rushing back to spend my money in this store. Get better trained staff. Customers spending in store pays your wages. Update. I have since bought this item at the price I said it was, when I saw it last week in tk maxx at Drakehouse. The staff member at Norton didn't know what he was talking about and the customer is always right. Do better next time, and get better trained.

Amazing service! Brandon was very friendly and helpful and took care wrapping my Christmas gifts very efficiently. It’s great to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the items being purchased :)

Great selection of items, been in a few times in search of a mug I've seen online but had no luck so settled for a Halloween one this time. Just wish there was more of these around, could really do with one in Doncaster!

As they say Unique brands and irresistible prices. Like the way they handpicked products from different parts of the world. Also since they keep rotating the products every visit feels fresh. Only thing I dislike is their treasure key program- not tempting. Would have preferred redeemable points instead.

I visited looking for 2 accent chairs. I asked a member of staff some questions and she was really helpful and kind. I then found the chairs I wanted to purchase, and the same staff member asked me if I was still shopping? I said I was, so she said she would take the chairs downstairs to the tills for when I'm ready to pay. I asked her if she wanted me to help, and she assured me that wasn't necessary. I got some other small items, and went to the tills to pay. The chairs were ready waiting for me, and the staff member on the till made it so easy to pay for all my items, and asked if I needed help taking the chairs to my car. Another staff member assisted me with loading the chairs into my car and was really friendly. Really impressed with all 3 staff members I interacted with, and I love my new chairs!!
