I was in need of a bracelet re sizing. Stephen was great in answering questions over email and in store sorted it within 10 minutes. A great service and I will be back for maintenance of my other jewellery. Thanks again!

My husband called in to see about getting a ring repaired, unfortunately Steven could not do the repair but gave him sound advice and sent him to fellow jeweler who could, my husband was so impressed by Steven's knowledge, his time and good old fashioned common curtisity to someone that turned out not to be a customer at all. Many Thanks, will widely recommend.

Went in to enquire about having a ring resized. Came out with my two rings sparkling beautifully after having had them cleaned for me by the owner. Was given lots of information about my rings and useful advice about having my ring resized. A gem of a shop in the local community.

Very likeable staff. Nice jewellery.. But if you want a one-off making.. Well.. we were left waiting for many many months - until it was too late for the wedding!!!
