After trying out a few groomers in the area I Cannot praise maddie enough, my little bonnie looks amazing, she was brilliant with her, very patient, I won’t be using anyone else from now on

The most amazing place for dogs, the girls Maddie and Carmel are true experts and so friendly. My Cavapoo comes away happy and looking beautiful.

Horrible experience. And not worth the money! My puppy came back shaking and was not himself for a couple of days. He was poorly cut, nails hadn't been clipped and and he looked traumatised. The lady who groomed him obviously didn't know how to do her job and said he was fine when he was shivering and whining. Horrible experience for my puppy. Definetly be changing to the groomers Hairy hounds. They sound amazing and have been recommended by many dog owners. Thanks for reading, I hope this helps.

I always take my 3 dogs to be groomed by Maddie at Norton Groom Room. Maddie knows exactly how to make my dogs feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their groom. I have one very nervous dog and after trying multiple groomers, Maddie is the only person I trust with him now. The dogs always come back to me looking and smelling gorgeous. Highly recommend Maddie!!!!

I used the Groom Rooms at the St James retail park for 2 years, during this time my dog was left in many different states, poorly clipped, nails not clipped, razor lines in his fur. The staff change regularly and I never knew who would be grooming my dog or what state he’d be left in. They charge £45 per groom and a £15 rolling deposit, which I’ve found is one of the most expensive groomers in Sheffield. I went in one day to find there was no staff at all, I spoke with the store supervisor and she complained that senior management were regularly taking staff from that store and placing them somewhere else and leaving the store at St James retail park unstaffed! All in all not a great experience.
