The staff’s absolutely awful attitude and the clear discrimination against foreigners make me give this place 1 star and never come back. I came here with my family — we were quiet and not bothering anyone — yet the way they kept staring at us, so cold and unfriendly, made us feel really uncomfortable. There was zero polite or welcoming service. On top of that, they practically assigned someone to watch us, apparently to make sure we didn’t steal anything 🥴 We were dressed well, calm, and respectful, so being treated like this today was just unacceptable.

Can they stop labelling the shoes Vegan leather . Let’s be honest they are plastic uppers they are uncomfortable and bad for the environment. They do have one or two real leather shoes but seems to be getting less and less .

Poor quality sweaty shoes. To add to that the most miserable and rude staff I have ever encountered. Almost that it was a bad thing that I dared to buy a pair of shoes (that was another mistake as it turned out..). When I asked what the returns policy was the woman blankly said 'norrrr reteorns police' so clearly they also need training in consumer rights as well as customer service. Wont be back

I was arriving at 5:58 and they shut at 6 so being turned away wasn’t unreasonable, it was just how rude they where about it , iv spent 100’s in there over the years , really poor attitude
