Staff very rude, no eye contact, no professionalism or even communication with customers. Staff seem troubled to help you, items not priced up in shop & then too much trouble to get a price. Kids running the shop with one male staff member walking around with his trousers around the tops of his legs with boxer shorts fully on show...not a great image. They all need training in communication skills!!

so much effort trying to get someone to help you with shoes, tried twice now. asked someone for help and they said another person are on the way to help no one’s turned up either of those times. i’ll go somewhere else next time

Staff quite rude could do with teaching how to smile especially when stood at front of the store instead just stood together talking about there personal life for customers to hear
