Used to be our preferred Aldi despite living in Chesterfield, now using the new one at Brimington which in all shopping experiences has excelled so 5 star in terms of customer focused all staff smile and at checkout you leave with comments like "thank you, have a good day". Visited Dronfield today shop fine but Caroline at checkout had personality of a house plant, unfriendly, no interaction so unlike to use this store ever again despite other staff normally friendly.

Good parking spaces as to be said well stocked store very good wine selection very fairly priced well stocked shelves always a good thing very nice choice of fruit and veg salad etc also meat and fish impressed with freezer food but it needs a fresh bakery this is where lidl as the edge as a lot of the big supermarkets are unfortunately giving up their bakery otherwise well stocked store

Smaller than most stores but still good food stock levels, the staff are always busy replenishing shelves. Some self serve checkouts available.

Why don’t you accept the evisa on the uk goverment? Please check the new rule of uk!!! I can use the evisa to open my bank account in the uk such as metro bank, natwest bank, lyords bank. Why can not i use in your supermarket to proof myself for buying beer?

Random bag check at the check out? Till assistant asked if she could check my bags before proceeding with my shopping? Then dropped my shopping on the floor. Obviously suspected me of shop lifting. Won’t be using Aldi again. Not the way to treat your customers. Complained to customer services and they were useless.
