The Tennis coaching is great for kids, the coaches are professional, fantastic and always great with timing. We love it here! A place to express our love for Tennis. Generally, the facilities are really good and neat but the app 😡I can't book my daughters for leisure swimming for several months and that's suppose to be a perk to the tennis club but what the benefits of the perk if not accessible. Fix App.
This is a very nice, spacious, clean leisure centre with mostly friendly helpful staff. It just gets extremely busy with swimming lessons, I've still not been lane swimming yet due to this despite being a member for years. The gym also gets extremely busy from around 4-7pm. Due to the crowds it's difficult to find a space to park or a place to sit at certain times. I also wish they'd find a way other than fines to stop people booking up all the fitness classes 2 weeks in advance then cancelling on the day as it's not fair to other people who could actually attend the class but can't due to the people who do this.
I go swimming a few times in the week has to be a late evening because that's all there is due to working. It would be great if there was a 5 until 7pm Lane or just swim every day so it's not too late when your up for work early 8.30 and 9pm are a bit late I'm sure it is for many.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Robert at the reception desk for his exceptional assistance this morning. I needed to purchase swim shorts at the very last minute for my young grandson, who had forgotten his kit for his school swimming lessons. Robert went above and beyond to help me with sizing and selection. In addition, he kindly assisted me in addressing a separate issue we are having with my granddaughter’s gymnastics class. I rarely leave reviews, but Robert’s outstanding customer service merits recognition. Thank you, Robert!
Graves has been a brilliant place to get back into the gym. I have been going for almost a year now and it's been perfect for me. The facilities are always clean and the gym is well stocked and well maintained. For instance, the pads on the machines are replaced well before they become uncomfortable or poor condition. The same cannot be said for the chain gyms which you can go to.
