Unit One Kids

My daughter has been attending this nursery since September, prior to her starting we visited the nursery on 2 separate occasions together, which we got such a warm and friendly feeling. She has settled into a Unit One better than we could have ever imagined and loves to go and see her friends. They go out for walks a few times a day which my daughter loves, and always comes home with a new word or song. Lovely learning and development toys, and the nursery is very clean. The staff are all amazing, and she has built great relationships with them all, I have no doubt that she is cared for and cuddled when needed. I’m currently studying and my hours can change from time to time, but Niki and Donna are amazing at letting my daughter come for an additional day here and there. Leaving your child in the care of others is difficult, but I have nothing but good things to say, and can only imagine how much better it will be when they move to their new premises ☺️ (Also, it is very clean,

Our son absolutely loves going to Unit One Kids Nursery. All the staff are amazing – so kind, caring and supportive. He is always happy and excited to go in, and it’s clear how much he enjoys his days there. We feel really lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery.

An amazing place for little minds to grow! My little girl has been going for a few weeks and initially I was worried about how she would settle in as she’s never had long periods of time away from me. But Niki and her team are just fantastic, so attentive, caring, gentle and kind. The environment is perfect, so cheerful, bright, clean and spacious with lots of new activities out each day. My little girl is always so happy and excited to go, she is thriving there, making new friends, building her self confidence and having fun. The communication between staff and parents is also brilliant. I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing space to go and check out Unit One Kids!

Ethan loves going to Nursery. He is continuously learning and enjoys a balanced mix of activities that support his physical development, early writing, mathematical understanding, and opportunities to explore his imagination and creativity. Throughout the day, Ethan is also developing important social skills through his interactions with both peers and adults. The staff have taken the time to get to know Ethan as an individual and are aware of his unique interests, which helps in planning activities that truly engage and inspire him. In addition, we are working closely with the nursery to support his journey toward becoming more independent with toileting. His experience so far is very positive, and we are seeing encouraging progress.
