Tucked away in a corner of Tarnfield park next to Victoria Terrace (boundary) is the children’s play area .Its directly behind the public 🚾 and has a gated access to them .There are three entry points to the park .Its fenced off all round to keep the children safe and the three gates (which are heavy) are painted yellow . The gates have magnetic locks which make it harder for the smaller children to escape!!! All of the fitments in the play park are well maintained and also have a rubber surface around them to prevent injury . There are several benches too around the perimeter so people can sit and keep an eye on the children . The public 🚾 are accessible during the day

Excellent play park, with stunning views. Park is right next to the Tarn so you can spend time there as well as at the park. All the park equipment is fairly new and in good condition. Got a good mix with a zip line and slides, frames and swings and more. It’s all clean and got some nice grassy areas to play or sit on. Can be busy but not overcrowded. Has the most expensive ice cream van I know.

Nice to see a well maintained play park in Leeds that hasn't had multiple pieces of equipment removed. When we visited the only thing missing was the zipline. It's quite exposed so always worth bringing a jumper or jacket as can get a little chilly.
