Left a fair review on just eat, and within half an hour it had jumped 2 stars….. this place is magic😂. Not what we expected, moortown branch is 5 star, this isn’t. Looking at previous reviews I’m waiting for a response from the restaurant where I’m the bad guy. For context ordered a tandoori hot with extra chicken and popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was nice but the pizza had no extra chicken and was drowning in uncooked tomatoes. Speak to the moortown branch, lived over the road and used them for 8 years with no issues. Left a 2 star review on just eat but after it magically jumped to 4 I thought I’d try here instead…. Looking forward to you telling me where I’ve gone wrong. Thanks REPLY: I have read your menu, your pizza was terrible, I know there is tomato on the pizza but not uncooked and covering the pizza. I have rang the restaurant but you are not willing to speak to me. Turning off replies does not mean problems go away and I am very disappointed that this is how you would respond to a customer as seen in previous reviews it’s the customers fault. As previously stated the moortown branch is fantastic, whatever you are doing wrong here your attitude is not helping. Embarrassing that you have blamed the customer for being illiterate over your service. Will share to social media.

i used to order/collect from here all the time, one day i walked in recieved my food the manager was picking up calls putting toppings on food without washing his hands, the oven looked filthy as if it wasnt cleaned in months. nothing is hygenic about pizza house at all. DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY HERE!!!

I've recently moved too guisley and have ordered a few times from this place. The pizzas are out of this world. Toppings are generous and clearly fresh. Always piping hot on delivery and arrive before estimated time. My partner has gluten intolerance and shes had no problems atall eating there gluten free products. Highly recommend.

I’ve been ordering from this place for as long as I can remember — I still know their old landline number from when I used to ring it as a kid and I’m in my 40’s now! Delivery is always quick, and it’s always cheaper to order direct instead of using those third-party apps. The food’s always spot on, the service is great, and I’ve never had a problem

Ordered margarita pizza and chips for kids, asked for delivery at 6pm and was delivered at 5.45 cold and burnt. Called and were told they can offer a ‘replacement’ but have to collect the previous pizza. Rude on the phone and no compensation offered
