I go to gabby for my nails doing and have been for a couple months now. When I first went I had absolute NUBS for fingers because I was a terrible biter. And now my nails are as long and strong as my extensions were but they’re all natural! The whole team are lovely and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!❤️ Bit of a before and after here, all in the space of 2/3 months! ❤️

Be Beautiful was recommended to me by a friend, I decided to treat myself and have my nails pampered. Lucy was professional and friendly and did a great job, the staff were all very welcoming. Would definitely recommend, will very likely be making this a regular thing now.

I Highly recommend, I was let down last minute by another salon and BB by Gabriella squeezed me in. I had biab and shellac nails and they look amazing, great attention to detail and very welcoming. Thanks so much for coming to my rescue. I can have nice nails for my daughters christening now 🥰.

Gabby is the most attentive beauty technician ever, she is great at everything that she does. I have had nails extensions, Shellac, etc, had a full pedicure, had the most glamorous eyelashes and eyebrows and every time I have been really happy. I always come out of the salon feeling gorgeous, you must visit this beautiful salon, I highly recommend you get there soon!

I have had 2 treatments there for lashes and brows. I was sat in the window with eyes closed and lots going on around you. I knew this but rebooked for a second treatment. At no point on my arrival for my second treatment was I asked how I found my first treatment or checked I was happy with everything. Nor was treatment I was booked in for confirmed. There was lots of loud discussion between the girls about something that should have been discussed privately and quietly away from customers – I do not wish to hear the story of someone’s relationship problems when I have come there to relax. Shortly after that, someone else entered the salon with a couple of children. The noise and chaos met another level. I felt as though the beautician giving me my treatment was painting one of the children’s nails, in-between me receiving my treatment. At some points the beautician was shouting over the top of me so loud I could feel her breath across my face. Whilst removing chemicals from my face, there was a loud crash in the back. The beautician ran off to deal with the crash but upon return didn’t apologise to me and found the whole thing funny. She even remarked to me how awful it was sitting in the chair with my eye’s closed with lots going on. I booked time off work to receive a relaxing, luxury treatment and as a result I hated every second of my time there and couldn’t wait to leave. When I looked in the mirror at the end of the treatment, I didn’t care what I looked like or if my lashes or brows looked good, at that point I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I found the whole experience embarrassing. The beautician showed no professionalism or customer care at all. I contacted the salon to express how I felt about the experience before making this review. She apologised for me not enjoying my experience and would take my comments on board. Again, I don’t feel like she cared about my custom. I wont be going back there.
