He explained clearly how to get to the dealership from the train station, helped us find a nearby Premier Inn, and even offered to pick us up himself. His level of kindness and helpfulness is something I’ve never experienced before. When we arrived, both Gary and Matthew gave us a really warm welcome. The test drive went perfectly, and we felt confident enough to drive the car 5 hours home the same day. A week later, we noticed a couple of minor issues, and again Gary was amazing everything was sorted quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. The 6-month warranty gives real peace of mind, and I know that if anything comes up, Gary will be there to help. He has answered every call and email without fail. I honestly can’t thank JCT600 Leeds enough. I would recommend this garage to anyone, anywhere it’s genuinely worth the train journey and long drive home.
