Simon Jackson has been a huge help to me in acquiring my new car as soon as possible. Needing the car for work at short notice, Simon provided me with a list of all cars available within my criteria, within an hour. Once I chose and paid my deposit, Simon got the car sent to the dealership and prepped as quickly as possible, providing me with updates along the way, all this over the Christmas and New Year period. Once I got the car, Simon called to make sure I was happy and if I had any further questions. Really easy and straightforward, saved me a lot of stress over Christmas. Thank you.

Jake Vanderstock is an angel!!!!!! I bought my car from the Rawdon garage last Summer and have very little knowledge on car beyond how to drive it. A warning light came on alerting me about low tyre pressure. I drove to the petrol station feeling like I was fighting for my life and failed to fill this tyres up myself (at one point I think I even managed to get the machine to suck air out) luckily I was not too far away from the Menston garage. I hastily parked up and ran into the garage crying my eyes out in hysterics. Jake was at the front desk and instead of (rightfully so) telling me to get lost and pull myself together, he was so unbelievably kind and patient. Thankfully Jake was about to go on his dinner and let me follow him bsck to the garage and helped me sort my tyres out, talking me through each bit step by step so I don’t have the same issue happen again in the future. He never once spoke down to me or made me feel stupid and refused point blank to let me buy him lunch. It’s not often you come across people who are so kind and genuine without anything to gain. I will never forget what a lovely young man Jake is and I think JCT is very lucky to have sombody of this calibre working for them. #Jakeforprideofbritain
