❌ DO NOT TRUST – Sold faulty car, unauthorized usage, and now ignoring me Rating: 0 I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Rawdon Motors Limited to look elsewhere. My experience has been a total nightmare. I purchased a Kia Sportage (MA18 XBO) from them, and within just three weeks, a major coolant leak became apparent. I returned the car for repair, and this is where the service went from bad to unacceptable: Unauthorized Usage: They kept my car for 8 days, and when I got it back, I discovered they had put 350 miles on the clock without my permission. This is professional negligence and a total breach of trust. Failed "Repair": They claimed the car was fixed. Within days, it was losing one litre of coolant per day. Serious Engine Fault: As there are no external leaks, it is clear the coolant is leaking internally into the engine—a catastrophic fault that any professional dealer should have identified. I believe they were fully aware of this issue and attempted to cover it up. Ignoring Legal Rights: I have attempted to reject the vehicle and claim a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on numerous occasions via letter and email. Mark Lawrance and the team have completely ignored all correspondence. They have left me with no choice but to initiate legal action to recover my £9,995 plus expenses. Save yourself the stress and the money—stay away from these guys. Just to clarify, after the response from Mark at Rawdon Motors, it is a lie that I agreed to a 350 mile test drive and they haven't been helpful at all, after multiple attempts to contact the Rawdon Motors via recorded letters x4 and multipl emails I was left with no option but to approach my Credit Card company get back my money back, I'm also looking at legal action as an option. It's amazing that it has taken a Google review that is directly detrimental to his business to warrant a response from Mark, when all my other attempts to contact them have gone unanswered – Helpful!! what a joke, mark you should be ashamed

We bought a Freelander 2 from Rawdon motors in mid November 25 so been driving for nearly 2 months -very happy with it . That day we'd been all round Leeds viewing a range of 4WDS and realised only Land Rover would do . Staff politely put up with us rudely ignoring the " Appointment Only" notice close to closing and even accommodated test drive with no notice (as vehicle already close to doors) . [ don't be like us though -ring ahead !:) ] . Staff took us through service records pointing out cam belt change Collected a few days later - impeccably valeted and provided with free 12 months warranty as well as a new MOT which was unexpected . I got a local LR specialist to do a health check after purchase and he confirmed the vehicle was sound. All in all trouble free and amicable service and transaction.

I recently bought a Kia from here and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process stress-free. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and fairly priced. Everything was explained clearly, and the paperwork was handled quickly I didn’t need to do any thing. They offered me a great price for part exchange. After 2/3 weeks I had an issue with some lights that came on so they took it back in fixed it all free of charge and gave me a courtesy car for the day. I would definitely recommend here to anyone looking to buy a reliable car.

Purchase of 2020 Ford Fiesta Titanium October 2025. At first everything seemed fine, the service was great. I was happy with the car and the deal. When I picked up the car and went to pay for it, I noticed an extra £107.25 had been added to the Sales Invoice. When I questioned this, I was told that they had already taxed the car for six months. Fast forward to January and imagine my surprise when we get a final notice from DVLA saying that the Car tax ran out in November and we needed to tax it straight away or face a possible £1000 fine! I have tried to contact them by email and phone several times and have so far had no reply. Be warned, avoid this garage. I will of course update this review once I receive my refund.

I just recently purchased an amazing Mini Paceman from this company! I had a brilliant experience the car was prepped really quickly for me and came with 12 months MOT and Warranty! Could not recommend this dealer enough!!
