Vertu Land Rover Guiseley

I find it a rarity nowadays to come across old fashioned sincere customer service, but I have recently experienced that phenomena at Vertu Landover in Guiseley. I have just taken delivery of a new Discovery Sport and was guided through the procedure by the team up at Guiseley. I had an initial problem with the car specification, but they rectified this with ease, efficiently and great professionalism; nothing was a problem for them, their only aim was to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The guys up there were exceptional in their understanding, their patience and their overall caring approach. Many thanks to Emma, Dan and Mike, and special thanks to Adam Gray who helped me through the whole process with a mild-mannered approach, an eagerness to please, and a professional thoroughness. Well done! I thought customer service was becoming an amorphic cloud of Chat Bots and Ai, thank goodness there are still real people left!

He made us feel very special and never put any pressure on us to buy. You just felt like he wanted the best for us. He a got back to us straight away when we had any questions or niggles. When entering the building everyone is so nice and welcoming towards you, it's a very pleasurable experience looking round the showroom. Upon collection of the vehicle i felt like royalty and you just know they really care about you. All of the sales staff are very warm and friendly. I need to thank Gerard, Leanne, Dan and Marie for the absolutely outstanding customer service I received when I bought the Jaguar from you. We love the car! I have honestly never experienced such good service when buying a car before, and in fact, it has usually left me feeling completely deflated, however, not this time. Everyone at the dealership is amazing and appears to be genuinely interested in you as a customer. The patience you have shown me while I was trying to deal with the awful finance company I had chosen was amazing (I stupidly chose not to get finance from JLR). I have learned my lesson and finance will always be with the dealer going forward! And lending me an Evoque for a week without question was completely unexpected, but so appreciated. You are all amazing, and are by far the best at what you do! When I do come to swap the car, you will be our first call. Once again, thank you so much for making the challenging experience with my finance company more bearable!

I have just bought my 2nd Range Rover from Vertu Guiseley, both experiences have been great with no pushy sales people. I was treated with respect and courtesy from start to finish. Small issue with sundries and internal items were sorted out to my satisfaction very quickly by Adam. I thoroughly recommend this Land Rover dealership for a great deal.

I'd just like to thank Vertu Land Rover Guiseley for the amazing experience, during the purchase of my new, Tasman blue Defender 90. I've enjoyed countless Land Rovers through the years, from Discovery's to Freelanders, along with several specialist Defenders.
