Booked them for interior carpet cleaning and was really pleased with the outcome. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner, colours came back to life, and the rooms felt fresher overall. The work was done carefully and without rushing.
Just had Will out to clean some nail varnish spilt on a light grey carpet and upholstered bedframe. He was extremely reliable, kept in touch and offered excellent advice, before managing to remove the stain. Fantastic service and would highly recommend. Thank you

Will recently cleaned our sofas and carpets. He has done a brilliant job. He’s respectful, polite and punctual. The sofas, now 10 years old, look new. They were badly stained with food & drink spills and they also had blue ink markings. I didn't expect much, if any, to come out. I’d only booked them to be cleaned as they needed a good clean. I’m so pleased with the results. The carpets look great too.
Will responded to my enquiry promptly. On the phone he was courteous, polite, and listened patiently. Morning of the job, he rang and said he'd injured his collarbone, could still come but would need someone to help him to lift a machine as he was having difficulty getting someone to help (it's a Saturday). Not a problem at all with my partner helping as he'd be there anyway. I was impressed with Will's work ethic here – determination to not let me down – even more so when I got a call from him saying he'd managed to find someone to help him. He didn't give up trying to find a helper even after I said my partner would help. Will & friend were on time, polite, friendly, considerate of my being immuno-compromised, clean and tidy. The carpets look and smell wonderfully fresh – dried in less than a day. I was happy with Will's communications too: he provided an excellent detailed invoice and a proper reciept by email; it is a pleasure to speak to Will on the phone. I didn't get to meet Will, but my partner said he and his friend were great guys with a good sense of humour who worked well as a team. I have no hesitation in recommending Will to others who are looking to employ a carpet cleaner.
