Changed from another practice. Phone answered much quicker, more polite and helpful. Doctors and nurses friendly & polite. CAN NOT KNOCK THIS PRACTICE Keep up the good work.

I have been very happy with Aireborough Family practice. The receptionists are very polite and friendly and try and help where they can. The doctors are superb and have a good range of experience and knowledge. Glad I joined this surgery.

Been with this surgery since 2022, had nothing but issues with a particular doctor who massively failed my disabled child. I’ve since left the practice due to a rude receptionist who thinks it acceptable to talk to patients like rubbish. But then makes our your the aggressor and she’s the victim, Tried to resolve this issue with the practice manager Fleur who has refused to speak with me to hear my version of events. She’s listened to the receptionist and taken her word for gospel. I have video evidence of the incident to which I’m not swearing or aggressive. Fleur has refused to deal with this complaint as I’ve now left the practice due to this member of staffs behaviour. Accused me of being the issue without hearing my evidence. I’m now taking this complaint further through PALS and the integrated care board. Would not recommended this practice rude staff members and practice manager refuses to assist in complaint. Can’t ever get an appointment unless it’s for months in advance.

Being diabetic (type 1) been advised by the pharmacist to book appointment with a nurse to have a first appointment re my bazuka. The receptionist, after several queuing, gave me a pice of paper to go private and actually said "I won't help you"

Absolutely shocking. They ignore requests put through on line. If I have ever called regarding mental health I’ve been told to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful, they also have conversations with the windows open so the whole surgery hear name s and addresses . The doctors agree to do things and then don’t record it so it’s like it’s never happened. I have never once had a good experience here.
