Highly recommend good skin days. On arrival the staff were helpful and supportive. The entire team was professional making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process the procedure itself went well. The surgeon Andrew Williams was not only kind but excellent at their job. I was particularly impressed with the level of care following the treatment there was plenty of support offered afterwards it’s reassuring to know they genuinely care about their patients recovery. I highly recommend the clinic for their skill, kindness and continuous support.

I went to Skin Surgery Clinic Leeds for laser treatment on my warts and verruca. They told me I might need 3–4 sessions, but the treatment worked so well that I only needed one for my hand and one for my foot! The staff were lovely, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. So happy with the results — highly recommend!

I’ve now had two consultations at Good Skin Days, both of which were disappointing and frankly a waste of time and money. I sent photos and a clear description of my condition in advance. Despite this, they booked me in, charged a £180 consultation fee over the phone, and only during the appointment told me the clinician wasn’t a specialist in this area. I was asked to rebook with another consultant and received £50 back. At the second appointment today which is 6 weeks on, I was again told they couldn’t treat my condition due to skin type limitations of their machines, and was redirected to a totally different clinic in Leeds. Another £50 refund was issued, but that doesn’t compensate for the lost time, effort, and income of a private client. I raised my concerns directly and was told that I was still “given some helpful advice today.” In reality, this experience has made me feel like I paid twice for a redirection I could have received in a single phone call or email - for free. Clinics like this need to be more honest and transparent about what they can and cannot treat. Time is valuable, and patients deserve clarity upfront.

I visited a few years ago for a treatment. This is year is returned for laser treatment for Rosecea. Daiva has been amazing. I have just had my 3rd of 6 treatments and I am amazed how "normal" my skin looks. I am not longer red all the time. I am so pleased I took the leap of faith, for me this is life changing. My confidence is on the up! I can't wait to see the end result.
