EXTREME POOR SERVICE. Been waiting 10 weeks now for my medical forms and still not received anything. Everytime I ring i get told excuses after excuses. Nothing ever gets done. Now im having to contact the ICO and file a complaint procedure. Disgusting service.
I called to make an appointment only to be told they could not offer me one, potentially one at the end of August even though we are in mid July. They advised I have an online account so I can make an appointment myself when available only for it to say there are none for the foreseeable. There is no point in this practice anymore, my family used to be registered here and have all moved on as there are much better practices who actually offer appointments and see patients within the immediate vicinity.
Been at this surgery a year... absolutely fed up of being told to ring 111 or go to a&e for an issue the GPS can sort without me sitting in a&e for 15 hours. Latest one was telling me to go to a&e over PCOS symptoms. Can never get an appointment. Took 4 days for a GP to look at medication I was ALREADY prescribed. No appointments within 16 weeks on the nhs app, yet every time we go into the surgery to try and see someone the place is absolutely empty!!!! And jumped up receptionists who think they know more about my health than I do. Absolutely run my mental health into the ground being consistently told I don't need a GP! Would avoid as much as possible and already changing doctors ourselves so we can actually be seen!
Poor service. Waiting ages for someone to answer the phone if they can be bothered or in an endless queue. Physical appearance at the surgery with aggressive reception and queues again. What are they paid to do? I thought it was a health surgery with doctors available for appointments. Good luck.
If there was the option to add no stars then this is what I would add. Apparently a sit & wait surgery in a morning I was turned away with my issue. I very rarely go to the practice. Been to the pharmacy who say it's infection & needs treating by a gp. Called the surgery back only to get told I couldn't be seen. There is no compassion or care certainly from the reception staff
