From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Andy began by treating my toenails with great precision and professionalism, but the real transformation came with the Fascial Manipulation Stecco Method. For the first time in over 20 years, I can honestly say my legs, ankles, and feet feel amazing. The difference is nothing short of miraculous. I now move with a level of flexibility, comfort, and freedom from pain that I had almost forgotten was possible. As a martial arts instructor running an academy in Otley, this has been a game-changer. I can now teach and train without discomfort, and my range of motion has significantly improved. Cannot recommend highly enough. Both Andy and Kath are friendly yet professional, make you feel very much at ease and definitely know their stuff. I had a course of 3 fascial manipulation treatments after suffering with ankle and referred pain for years (following various horse riding injuries and accidents). I was in constant ache and pain cycles, what Andy did with his elbows was nothing short of a miracle. It wasn't a treatment I'd heard of before my bestie mentioned she'd had it, but after Andy explained in full detail, it made complete sense! And worked. For me, it was an hour drive to get there, but well worth the journey to feel the results. If I need further treatment in the future, whether fascial manipulation or ingrown toe nails, I will not hesitate to book in with these guys again:)

My Mum, who has Dementia, required some much needed attention on her feet. After having treatment on an in growing toe nail myself, I did not hesitate in recommending, the Foot People, Guiseley, from the previous amazing service I have received on my prior visits. Kath is so warm and welcoming and both herself and Andy are a credit to their profession. My mum is very cautious when interacting with any member of the medical profession, however she was immediately put at ease, through Kath's caring and patient nature. From the initial booking, which was straight forward, I was sent an email of the procedures Kath and Andy have put in place during the current circumstances to ensure everyone's safety throughout and it certainly made for a comfortable start to the visit. I can only thank Kath for her patience and understanding throughout our visit and after my Mum's initial reservations, she came out smiling, which was a huge comfort to see. I strongly recommend, The foot People Guiseley as they have made such an Improvement to my Mum's well-being.

Kathryn provides a very professional and expert service from a bright, modern surgery. The treatment provided is an essential part of general health and, as we spend a lot of time on our feet, the investment made in regular visits to the surgery is well worth it. Kathryn provides a range of services from regular routine care through to more complicated treatment - all carried out in a friendly caring atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! I went to Andy for a Biomechanical assessment after struggling with hip and lower back pain for years. Previously, I went to a chiropractor and oestopath but finally feel I now have the anwers to what has been causing the pain and a solution! I recieved three sessions of fascial manipulation and Andy has given me various exercises to prevent the discomfort returning via a very useful app. I'm so happy with the outcome and would recommend to anyone and everyone!
