My husband and I have been registered here for over 8 years and we honestly can’t fault them. Yes there are waits, as the NHS is stretched, but somehow this practice makes it work (and my husband deals with many surgeries who really don’t). Recently have received amazing support for a period of bad mental health, very rapid treatment for shingles late on a Friday afternoon, as well as a range of other treatments over the years - either in appropriate timescales or via the open surgery when needed. I really think the whole surgery team should be congratulated for amazing care and service in very difficult times. Thank you.
I have nothing but praise for this surgery. Dr Kenneth has been do supportive of my elderly parents and I cannot thank him enough for his response in supporting them both. He is lovely. Yes getting an appointment is hard and this can be frustrating but there is an open surgery which is a god send these days. Yes you have to sit and wait but if your poorly you'll wait . My only concern is the form you have to fill in on arrival. There is a mass, assumption all are literate and that is not the case.
Recently rang for help with my elderly dad who had fallen and cut his arm. I felt it needed someone to look and then dress it. He is in late stage heart failure. They were busy but fit us in with a very lovely nurse practitoner called Jo. I just want to say how professional, kind and caring she has been and how much we appreciate her. Thank you.
The diabetic nurse was so helpful and explained things to me clearly, but the reception staff are not helpful every time I have been
This is just the worst practice I have been with. I have two 1 year old babies and trying to get an appointment is nearly impossible they tell me that I need to come to the emergency clinic from 8-10 in a morning which is alot easier said than done with two toddlers. They leave me waiting there for over an hour each time when I try to explain to them I need an appointment it’s too difficult to sit waiting for hours to control two babies they simply just don’t care… really difficult getting any sort of appointment and if I ever do it takes about 30 seconds for them to google.
