Type 2 not working on both charge stations. Type 2 connector on 00401 is broken, 00400 unable to start charging. Tried using the app and contactless payment, neither work. Fast enough to hold funds but not fast enough to upkeep the equipment.
£90 of preauthorised payments later and still no charge. The call center only suggests to keep authorising mote payments and start again. This has happened last week and this week. Same charging point. Do not use.
CCS out of order for 5 days now.
2 very dependable 50kW charger bays. Popular at peak times. Beware late charging as the carpark is locked overnight but times are well signposted.
Shouldn't be listed as available 24 hours as car park is locked overnight.
