Exceptional in every way, compassionate, sensitive and professional, Ruth and the team from first contact to post funeral went above and beyond to help us navigate the unfamiliar emotional and practical landscape we found ourselves in after the death of our beloved father. Everything was clearly explained and we were guided gently and at our own pace to create a send off that gave us a sense of peace and comfort that we had done our best. Nothing was too much trouble for Ruth, we felt supported as a family to involve ourselves in the practicalities as little or as much as we felt comfortable with.
