We used Ryan last month for my service and MOT . To be honest I was worried the car had been bought a year before and I had gut feeling it was not going to pass. Dropped the car off on Monday morning and said we would be away till the weekend so no rush. Ryan kept us updated during the week on work, progress and costings. As I thought a few problems!! We collected the car on arrival back and it felt like a new car. As a female with not much knowledge of cars Ryan put me at ease, l would have no problem recommending him and his team in the future. Walked in on the off chance they could look at my wife's car. Did so same day. Clear explanation of what the issue could be and what they could do in which order to avoid unnecessary costs. Excellent service.

I rang Guiseley Autopoint in the morning, and they were able to work on my car the same day. All work done to my satisfaction, including dealing with an engine management fault, and two new tyres at a good price. The mechanic was polite and helpful, and explained clearly what they'd done. Great service at a fair price.

I recently had my car MOT here. What a welcoming and friendly garage for a women that knows NOTHING about cars! The service I received was brilliant. When I called they were very accommodating and fit me in around my busy schedule. When I collected the car, Ryan took the time to explain the entire process of what he did. Service was fast, fairly priced and with a smile. I would definitely recommend.
