I contacted Carl on Saturday morning to check the safety of our front door lock. He came out the same day, keeping us informed of his arrival time. He was punctual, polite and efficient outlining the problem, the remedy and the cost very quickly. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and the work area was left clean and tidy. We were very happy with the work done and with the excellent service. We would highly recommend Carl's services.

Carl came round to look at our locks with a view to replacing some and repairing a couple. Great job inspecting and ran through different options of lock on the market with the pros and cons of them. Wasn't pushy and gave great advice on what locks to use where. Fast and efficient service with quick installation and a good run down on miantenance of the locks.

Brilliant experience. Carl came within a couple of days, and helped sort our broken lock. He even spent extra time, for free, lining the door up and improving the hinges so that the lock won’t break in the future. He explained the process throughout. Also his communication is absolutely excellent, he let us know when he would be with us and even shared his live location when he was on his way. Afterwards he emailed through all the information for reference. Thanks Carl, will absolutely use your services again if needed.

Carl was very quick to respond, kind and friendly on the phone. Arranged a date and time ASAP which he kept to Very friendly and considerate service - wore plastic overshoes so as to keep the floor clean, which was a nice touch. Insightful and explains your locks and problems thoroughly - recommend!
