Absolutely brilliant service! Arrived at the time agreed, replaced the broken lock and then made adjustments to the door so it opens quietly and smoothly. The door has always ‘stuck’ since it was installed by the developer and no amount of complaints would persuade them to put it right. Rem fixed it in no time and it has never been better. We highly recommend Ramin.

I don't normally give reviews but in this case I will make an exception. I called Ramin first thing on Monday and he was with me by 9:30am to repair the locking mechanism on my back door. When doing the job he talked me through each step of the process and the work was completed within 30 minutes. Ramin provided a very professional and affordable service. I would highly recommend.

I am so grateful Ramin for a professional, affordable and reliable service. Our front door lock had broken suddenly and I'd never used a Locksmith before. I went with the recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Thank you for the quick response as we needed the security obviously. No pressure sales. Balanced advice. Great, friendly service 😃 Fixed my door lock & he even went above and beyond with altering my door to make it easier to open and close. Can’t fault the service I received, thankyou 😀 would highly recommend!
