Petrol station & shop 4 stars Jetwash/air/water 3 stars Service & staff attitude 1 star Gone downhill since MFG took over from Morrisons. Jet wash payment terminal often not working properly, and staff inside don't understand or care. Staff inattentive and rude. Often not at the counter and you have to wait for them. They are talking to each other in foreign language all the time. Get some British staff and improve the training and service please.

Much like Sainsbury's, Morrisons has fast become a favorite grocery store since Mr return to the UK. I like the deals and offers and am always easily able to find what I want or a better alternative. My only "harp" would be that if you order online you can't use your Morrisons gift cards for a home delivery. I gave my elderly mother 2 gift cards for Morrisons so she could order online and have groceries delivered. Only she couldn't do that! Come on Morrisons, do better!

Won’t let you fill up if your car isn’t uk registered saying you have to pay first even though don’t know how much is to fill car or won’t sell you food. No signs or notices about this special policy so went to the other Morrisons petrol station in yeadon no issue at all or stopping from filling up and paying later unless owned by different people can’t have one policy for one and one for another

Tried to use their air machine, was obviously faulty as air pressure in tyres did not change. Also got a PCL error message. Staff couldn't care less and just referred me to an email address for refund. Refused to test the machine and was almost sitting on the bonnet of my car. She said 'to see the machine". Despite accepting More card and stating the air machine belongs to Morrisons, it is apparently nothing to do with Morrisons. Member of staff was rude and unhelpful. Back to Sainsbury's for me.
