Stacey and Taz helped me renew my passport this morning. As with all the staff in Yeadon Post Office, who are brilliant, I can’t praise them enough. Nothing is too much trouble and changed a toil into a pleasure. Thank you everybody. Patsy xx

This morning I visited the Yeadon Post Office with several parcels to be sent to overseas. Lucky Mehwish was there to help me with patient and kindness. More important is, she was so professional to give me different solutions with cheaper mailing costs. I was so glad I could save some money with the same result. Again thanks for Mehwish's great service. I want to give her 100 stars !
I needed a passport renewal and considered taking a photo on my phone with one of the passport apps, but instead I thought I would give the digital renewal service a go. So glad I did, Dawn processed my renewal using my old passport in about 5mins including taking a photo. The application sailed through and within a week my new passport is being printed. Well worth the price, I will use it for all renewals in future.
I love going into this particular Post Office. The staff are always extremely accommodating and very friendly. I must mention "Taz" in particular, I always receive a warm and friendly smile from her whenever I visit. She is extremely efficient and always helps me out to understand the various processes I may need. She makes me smile as she always has a bit of fun with me now that we have got to know each other. Highly recommend this Post Office
