Kevs Van

Kevin managed to help us with his van in an difficult situation. He helped us to move a sofa within an hour of contacting him. He was polite, efficient and helpful. Very reasonable price, considering with it being a job which was not booked in advance. If we ever need a van and help again we will know who to phone. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous service. Used Kevs Vans to move household boxes and items to a storage unit and the service was quick, prompt and efficient. Excellent service 100% Had to call Kev back a second time to remove the rest of household items at very short notice, within a couple of hours and they delivered! After reading reviews, it's reassuring to know others have had aggressive and rude experiences with Kevin. Still, it's disappointing that he belittles customers over genuine mistakes. The issue stemmed from confusion in my household about who was paying - we didn't have the exact cash ready. Kevin overheard my hands-free call explaining this but wasn't understanding, despite my expectation that he would be. I'd just returned to the UK late the previous night. When I said the ATM was 2 minutes away and I'd be back in 5, that's when he escalated. My Ring camera footage confirms he became rude and aggressive, despite my apology and offer to sort it quickly. He raised his voice, so I snapped, told him to leave, and may have used a rude word. I didn't dare mention that they had delivered the wrong sofa cushion to the wrong house. Eek. His colleague was delightful and earned a tip. Advice for Kevin: Show understanding - mistakes happen. Treat people as you'd want to be treated. Don't bring a bad attitude into people's homes. You crossed a line by shouting in my home. Thankfully, the camera footage reassures me I handled it fairly until your rudeness began.

Kevin arranged for our move from Leeds to Northumberland. Every detail from start to finish was conducted efficiently and with good humour and went exactly according to plan. We cannot recommend highly enough. With best wishes. Jeff + Jill
