Replaced 2 velex window in our bedrooms and fitted a new velux window in the loft. Not the most careful of workers, felt was over cut in loft and left (I was told shouldn’t be a problem that’s why the tiles are there) velux window in the loft won’t shut properly as it catches on one side of the frame. Made Steve aware, he said he’d send someone round. No one came. Also, they came came to replace a broken tile, but the replacement is a different colour to the rest. Bit rubbish really! Three years on I’m still unhappy.

Was a pleasure to deal with, recently had some work done and I was so surprised how quick and efficient they was. Spoke to Steve over the phone about getting a dry verge fitted, he said he'd come round have a look and send a quote through, he understood me and family was busy with work etc and said I wouldn't have to be in to keep it easy for me, few days past and I received the quote through via email, I was happy with the price so agreed to go ahead, Within a week of accepting the quote 2 lads showed up (Rob and Bobby I think) showed up bang on time, explained to my wife what they was doing (while I was at work) they was all finished Within a few hours, we had a few extra problems which we didn't know about and they fixed there and then with no extra charge, such a refreshing experience with a trades person/ company. A very modern way of working and moving with the times. Couldn't be happier with the work and service 10/10

Steve came round to look at the job, said one of his ‘lads’ would come round in the next day or so to look properly and provide a quote over email. He wrote my email down and off he went. 10 days went by and no email. None of the ‘lads’ has been to my property. I phoned and he said he had sent it through the post (not happened) and asked for my email again to resend. A further 5 days has passed and still no quote. I have text him and asked about the quote but no response. I’m not sure why he even bothered to say he would send a quote if he wasn’t going to. What a waste of my time, over two weeks of waiting for nothing.

My flat garage roof was leaking, and needed totally recovering. Steve quoted me a lead time of 2-3 weeks, and kept to that. His team turned up on time the first day, and finished the job in 2 days as promised. They were friendly and informative, and left everything tidy afterwards. I'm pleased with the job, just waiting for the next heavy rain and expecting not to see any leaks into the garage :)

Would not recommend to anyone. Had a quote 6th May 2023 for a replacement garage roof agreed the quote. December 2023 Airedale Roofing have still not carried out the work
