Always book our holidays at Althams Travel in Yeadon. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We have particularly had excellent service from the manager Lisa as she has gone over and above to sort things out for us and she is very patient. Would thoroughly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday.

Having called in to Yeadon Althams last Thurs 11th April about booking my 3day Caledonian coach holiday seeing Oban and Inveraray. Contact couldn't be made to the hotel about my booking enquiry, so I was told that l would be contacted later that afternoon by the office. No call was made to me then until 12-30pm the next day. By that time l had already phoned the Leeds Caledonian Holidays office at 9-30am, to learn that the Claymore hotel was now fully booked. This spoilt the plans for my family visit to the area to meet with my son there.. I hope other customers had more successful bookings with their holiday plans, than l did with mine, owing at that time to my very limited travel dates.....

Booked a last minute holiday in -April and it was a great experience from beginning to end I also booked insurance cheaper Than post the post office , lovely staff and friendly honest service.

Over many years my husband and myself have spent lots of money booking holidays through Althams. Today however I only wanted to buy Euros. The shop was busy so I stood and waited. My turn came, the assistant apologised fr keeping me waiting and I explained I only wanted euros. At which point a very rude ignorant man barged in announcing it was his turn not mine and sat infront of the assistant effectively stopping me.. In view of the rudeness I walked out.. I don't plan on using Althaams ever again and am seriously considering cancelling a very expensive cruise booked for next year.
