The best customer service we have experienced in the UK, I would trust them to do a full house renovation if they offered the services. Clean, polite, quick. They even came the following day to remove a little stain of something dripping because of the heat even though I told them it wasn’t necessary. They did the installation back at the beginning of January and we’ve had no issues at all. They were very accommodating and professional.

Truly an amazing company. Everything was so easy from start to finish. Helen and Kaz really know their stuff about all things ‘log burner’ and John who helped install the stove did an amazing job - so polite and professional. And so clean and tidy! A masterclass in customer service. They’ve got a huge amount of experience between them and charge a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Genuinely can't rate Helen and Chevin Stoves highly enough. We were very inexperienced in terms of Stove knowledge and we approached a number of Stove companies including Yorkshire Stoves - all of them were fairly annoying to deal with in the sense they just couldn't be bothered to provide adequate explanation and time or patience which is strange given the amount you spend to have a stove installed. From the first meeting with Helen, she was careful to really explain and offer her time to enable us to consider the right stove for us, including all the technical aspects. The installation was pretty seamless and both guys were very kind and clean in their work. We also had consistent follow up with Helen on getting our stove to work at the right heat output and she was on hand with endless phone calls to answer our questions. Finally, the price was very competitive compared to other stove companies that we looked at in the Yorkshire area. 10/10 recommend.

I moved house and acquired a wood burning stove.There was clearly a problem , so I contacted Chevin Stoves, who were there within a couple of hours & sorted the problem. Helen and the lads we're excellent. A great first experience

From start to finish, everyone at Chevin Stoves has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I felt informed every step of the way, and they’ve done a fabulous job. They took out the old fireplace, and knocked out the wall to reveal an original stone lintel; my old Hunter multi-fuel burner was tested, refurbished and made safe for installation; a flue pipe was installed with a new cowl in the chimney and, upon completion of the work, a Carbon Monoxide alarm was installed. They left my home immaculate, having protected all my furniture with dust sheets, cleaning up as they went along and removing all rubble, etc., leaving me to look forward to the colder months, instead of dreading them! I wholeheartedly recommend Chevin Stoves for their professionalism, genuinely good people, and attention to detail.
