I wish I could experience shopping for my wedding dress all over again. The ladies at Bridal Apparel are lovely and made me feel at ease at my appointments, they were very experienced and supported me on my wedding dress journey. I were nervous a few weeks before my wedding whether my dress would fit, I got in touch with Susan and managed to book me in an extra appointment for peace of mind. I would highly recommend, there are many stunning dresses for all tastes. Thank you all so much for making a special part of wedding planning, memorable.

I came to an appointment at Bridal Apparel after having no luck in a few previous wedding dress shops. I went with the mind set that I still wouldn’t find my dream dress. I felt the instant warmth and kindness from the team as soon as we stepped in. Before I had even said what style I like, they lady’s knew exactly what to put me in and what style would suit me. You could tell the talent and experience they had from the get go. They also had me try the first dress on with a veil, jewellery and shoes before I even came out which I hadn’t experienced anywhere else which was lovely! The dress I first stepped into was lovely, but it was decided to adapt the dress to customise it how I visioned! I’m now having a made to measure dress designed by both myself and the lovely ladies! I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Bridal Apparel, who supplied my wedding dress and groomsmen suits for our September ‘24 wedding. I was so nervous to try on wedding dresses, but from my first appointment meeting Susan and Nicky back in August ‘23 I knew I was in good hands. They sat me down and asked loads of questions about me, my fiancé and our wedding plans, then somehow came out with the perfect dress straight away! I’m not kidding - the first dress I tried on was *the one* (although insisted on trying on more, just to make sure!). Susan worked with me to alter the dress, offering beautiful design ideas to make it bespoke and perfect for me, and managed to stick with my budget! She is so talented! Susan and Nicky were always so welcoming and supportive when I went for fittings, even when I wasn’t feeling at my best they were my biggest cheerleaders. I had so many compliments on my dress on my wedding day, and felt so beautiful in it as well. We also got the perfect groom and groomsmen suits from here. Nicky was able to supply perfectly fitted suits despite the groomsmen not being able to visit the shop for fittings - she even supplied an extra jacket just in case when there was some uncertainty about the measurements that were sent! Brilliant service, lovely friendly team, beautiful dress and suits.

On the day, I felt like an absolute princess — the dress fit me perfectly and felt completely me in every way. What meant even more were the personal touches along the way — like letting me come back to try the dress on again so my mum and auntie could see it, and the warm hugs that just made me feel so special and cared for. It wasn’t just a dress fitting — it was an experience I’ll never forget. They were also incredibly helpful in supporting my partner with suit hire. With such a gentle and professional approach, they guided him toward a more wedding-appropriate choice — and he looked amazing! Nothing was ever too much trouble for Susan and Nicky. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful I found them. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else — thank you both for helping make my day so magical. 🤍
