Do not use this shop for parcel pick up. Twice now I have had issues. The first time I went to pick up a parcel, the man behind the till said he wouldn't look for it because he was only looking after the shop for his son. I had to go in the shop myself and route around all the parcels. Surely this isn't right? Second time, same man behind the till minding the shop for his son. I went to pick up a parcel, and although I had proof of delivery in an email and invoice, because it didn't specify the courier service he told me he wouldn't look through over '30 boxes'. I said this was unacceptable, and he started arguing 'you show me the proof it's been delivered' - all whilst he had my phone with the proof in his hand. I expressed my dismay, to which he said 'I don't care, these places pay us like 20p per parcel, I don't work for them'. Once again I had to go behind the till to route around and find it myself. Totally unacceptable, stressful and needlessly antagonistic. I will not be using this shop, and I do not think any courier service should either.

Avoid, the man behind the counter said he was covering for his son. Was rude swore multiple times, and was convinced I gave him a faulty code even though it was the UPS code given within my package. Waste of time and the old man running it is rude and should not be talking to people.

Me and my family Love this little shop it's been going for years , Always have what I need and great parking. Friendly service , excellent alcohol deals . Ups and Dpd collection point too . Great to support local .

Great little shop to pick up last minute items fri la foods toiletries etc the guys that run it as so friendly and welcoming even if you’ve not been in for a while they still remember your face
