I visited HSL Guiseley where I was greeted by Susan, I was truly impressed with her knowledge of the products and her professionalism. I didn’t feel pressured at anytime, she took the time to fit me in various chairs and explained the difference in chairs and the one that would be most suitable for me. I felt I was fitted with a bespoke chair. Thank you Susan.

I am delighted with the purchase of an easy recliner chair (Stressless); most importantly it did not look cumbersome. Polly gave me unbiased advice and then the decision was mine. Best service when I was left 15 minutes sat with a cuppa reading …… I was under no pressure had I even decided not to make the purchase. Super delivery service too.

We were met by Polly and extremely well looked-after. She has an excellent manner and was informative without being pushy in any way taking great care to try to find a suitable chair for my wife. A great introduction to HSL.
