Kettleys Furnishers

Had a great visit to Kettleys Furnishers in Yeadon today to look at the high riser chairs for my father. We were met with a very nice lady called Katie who made sure my Dad didn't trip over the slight carpet grip at the front door. She said the best way to choose the correct chair was to understand my Dad's requirements. This worked very well as he was able to comfortably listen to options before trying them out and stopped him getting overly tired and confused with all the choice. Katie explained in detail about how the signal motor and dual motors worked and how far the back would recline on each. All the chairs come with a fantastic 5 year guarantee which covers all materials and mechanical parts. Even better, they deliver and remove any existing chair for free! They will set your new chair up for you and run through the controls. The single motor only has 3 buttons, one of which is a big Reset. So if you get confused, pressing this will put the chair back into its original seated position, allowing you time to have another go, something very useful for older people. Overall a great experience. There was no big sales pitch or pressured selling just a really good experience.

David was very helpful without being pushy. He clearly is very proud of the quality and service they privide. I ordered both a suite and carpet from Kettleys, and David has been really accommodating around organising delivery to suit our timescale. I would highly recommend Kettleys

I visited the Kettleys store back in August looking for a celebrity cloud zero chair and a Sealy bed both were purchased fantastic lady who dealt with me paid for my items and waited until delivered in September. The Sealy bed is amazing my chair however packed up after 3 months Calling Kettleys to inform them of my chair problems was met with "oh you have a DN post code" my post code wasn't an issue during the purchases I have made over the years with them. I was very disappointed with the overall response I was forced to resort to Trustpoilot to get a response and repair from Celebrity the manufacturer. Unfortunately this has left me with a bad feeling about Kettleys I always try to support local companies on this occasion it will be my last support for Kettleys.

Took my parents to view riser recliner chairs and met with Katie who knows her stuff. Katie is approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable and after asking a few questions was able to guide my parents to the appropriate chairs to suit their individual needs. She gave them good advice, fully demonstrated the chairs and has a great sense of humour whilst being very respectful at the same time. Excellent service, no pushy sales techniques, easy and relaxed atmosphere. Shop was well stocked with furniture and chairs to try out. On the whole a very pleasant experience for my parents and me! Much appreciated, thank you in particular Katie.
