This company is which rated but it has the worst customer service. Seams like they don't want the business and the staff are useless. Soke to Ken I give him my plans but they are not interested. The cancelled my appointment because systems were down and told me they can bothered to re book or design. Totally used branch. Sopke to another staff member same outcom.

Had a meeting with John R, What a complete waist of time. Was going to send the plan and pricing. Nothing was done. I now have an account with the excellent Howdens and i can't recomend them enough. Brilliant from start to finish they have my business. My advice is avoid Magnet at all costs if you check reviews i am not the only one. I am sure they will have excuses but I know this is noway to run any business. Disgraceful.

We were especially daunted when it came to replacing our dilapidated old kitchen. Adam came and did a site visit before making recommendations. He, (and the team) designed our perfect kitchen and pitched each component to suit all of our needs. In essence, we spent on the visible bits. There was the odd minor component oversight but that is to be expected in a complex kitchen. Adam saw every problem through with the minimum of fuss. It is professionalism that one only hopes for. If you are looking for an excellent kitchen, value for money and someone to guide you through what is maze, I would recommend you give him a call. There is a reason why he is busy.

Horrendous not even 1 star!! Had problems from start to finish. Customer service is none existent. Didn’t reply to emails wouldn’t have a meeting. List of problems 3 cookers needed all had same fault on Hob electric ignition didn’t work was constantly sparking - come to fix it used some lube said there u go!! Gas leek filled house for 2 days while away Broke the boiler had to get someone else to fix it Chip in cupboard door Other things on top Genrerally couldn’t care and have no interest in compensation. Messages you get back are from a text book. Very disappointing

At 5:01pm Tuesday 23rd November I received the email of the Magnet Black Friday deals. They close at 5pm so at 7:30am I called Hunslet, Sheepscar, York and Guisley and no branch had a single item. They said they had no stock and most did not even know about the deals and said they were discontinued stock that it would be very unlikely that anyone would have. Poor and misleading marketing from head office who I tried to review however you can only review the stores. If anyone at Magnet head office does review these and can get the the wine cooler or dishwasher on the deal I would really appreciate it.
