Excellent customer service throughout - lots of help & advice when we visited the showroom. The choice was extensive, very good quality, at very reasonable prices and we were booked for fitting without a long wait. All 5 rooms have now been fitted & we're delighted with them. Would highly recommend Guiseley Carpets and we are planning to return to them in the New Year !

These guys are brilliant. End to end, our experience was fantastic. We were reflooring our entire ground floor and had been to TAPI on the basis of their 'sale' and had an incredibly lacklustre experience, so we stopped into Guiseley carpets on the way home. Within minutes we had explained our situation, how our budget was not outrageous and we would like to fit it ourselves (on account of the budget). The team talked us through the options, how we could fit it, gave as much advice as they could and recommended people to supply sub-floors, tool rentals etc. They then have me a price which was a great deal in comparison to the RRP (and TAPI) and as I left they said to shout if I had any questions when fitting and they would send someone up to help me. Really great experience, and really happy we decided to support local.

Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the shop and made our choice of carpet to the moment the carpet fitter left. Tony was great, very tidy when working and we are so very pleased with how the carpet has been fitted. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Guiseley Carpets again and will be giving them repeat business when the bedroom carpets are ready to be done. Thank you again.

Uses this place more than once. Guy's in the shop are helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. I took samples home for a day or so and then someone came and measured up. Flooring was fitted in the bathroom, fitter (Simon) was great, on time, tidy worker and did a great job - floor looks fab!
