Very helpful staff and a company that actually answers the phone. Facewest changed my delivery for next day (Saturday) delivery without hesitation to ensure I got my order prior to going away. I’ll definitely be using this company again.

The team at Facewest were amazing. Useless Royal mail lost my parcel and 5 attempts in requests later to try and find it fell on deaf ears. I was very happy that Facewest went out of their way to get me another product at the same price and promptly delivered it as promised by another courier. Excellent service from a great company will definitely be using them again.

Spoke to a very helpful lady over the phone to check their returns policy before I ordered. They sent to my parcel next day special delivery at no extra cost and helped explain via email how I use my bonus points on my next purchase. Other companies could learn a lot from their excellent customer service. They're also much cheaper than most retailers. Overall I'll be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.
