A lovely and wonderful place to visit. Staff are really friendly and the play area is perfect!! Food & drink are reasonably priced and too. A high standard. The pizzas are especially good!! So far I've been a few times with my lad whis just under 2 and only mid week, so not had to book in advance, but I can imagine this can be a very busy place put of school hours! Parking is also good! ( and free!) :)
This play area is absolutely awful. I took my 2-year-old son to play there, but it was so cold inside that other people were sitting with their jackets on. Both my son and I froze our hands and feet. The floor was extremely cold, making it impossible to stand for more than a moment. During the 20 minutes we were there, I had to warm my son’s hands and feet several times. After that, I decided we’d had enough and we went home. I’ve never been to such a poor-quality play area. 👎
Love it here. Reasonable price. Nice coffee. Staff lovely. Wasn’t busy at all during the week. Could be a bit warmer is my only issue!
Party at Tumble Town! We booked an exclusive unicorn themed birthday party at Tumble Town, for 25 children. It was so well thought out and organised and meant zero stress as parents, to just arrive with the Birthday girl and her cake. Everyone commented on what a lovely venue it was, the entertainment, decorations, the food/coffee and the lovely, high quality gift bags, with all the children having a brilliant time. We've always loved Tumble Town, from our visits when our daughter was a little toddler, so it was perfect having her 4th party here and she loved every minute ! We could tell that a lot of effort had been made and the staff as always were brilliant, which was appreciated.
Wonderful venue for a birthday party. I had my son's fourth birthday there in November. The staff were excellent and they were so accommodating for dietary needs. The party room is great, I brought some of my own decorations which they happily let me put up but the party room also already has lovely bunting and a throne for the birthday boy! Having the whole soft play to ourselves made it really easy to have a range of ages there.
