This is a great gym in Guiseley, the staff are so helpful and they have all the equipment you need. The gym is a great size and the benefit of it being ladies only is great.
Great gym for ladies and lovely team. For £30 pm I get a new personalised programme every 8 weeks and plenty of machines and workout benches to use. After my workout I can also visit the steam/sauna room and there are always fresh clean cloths readily available for wiping down machines. Thanks to the team for helping me get fit and toned.
Great ladies only gym
