True-ly an amazing experience with the professional personal trainers. I've been to many gyms over the years and have never experienced one like True. They really care about you and want to sincerely help you with your goals. We had a thorough conversation when i joined, they then put together a personal training program and go through it with me on every visit, increasing weights and sets where they see fit. Its then reviewed with you the following month. Their attention to detail and knowledge are impeccable. They see everything and correct you when needed. They are not just doing a job, they are invested in you personally and make you feel comfortable and welcome on every visit.
The Person trainers at True Personal Guiseley are second to none. They are very welcoming every time you arrive and the programmes I have been set are ideal to both build up both my fitness and strength. The booking system ensures not too many people are in the gym at anyone time, allowing you to complete your programme. It's a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone.
Having trained at many gyms, I can honestly say that True is AMAZING! The PTs are very knowledgeable. They check your form is correct and give top tips to enable further progression. The True community is very friendly and there's a great vibe every time you visit. There's a real mix of people: those that are new gym goers and those with more experience. True PTs deliver the same excellent standard of service to all. I am now strength training 4 times a week and the cost is minimal when compared to when I used to have 1-1 PT elsewhere. I am so happy I found True and would highly recommend anyone to give it a go. A huge thank you to all the True Guiseley PTs. I look forward to each and every session.
I had never done gym fitness training before so I was quite anxious about how it would go! The team at Team True have been excellent- creating a personalised training schedule, being very friendly and supportive all the time and also encouraging me to achieve way more than I ever thought I could. I’m 8 weeks in and looking forward to what I can do over the next few months.
