First class - equipment, atmosphere, opening times, classes but most of all amazing staff and community. I haven’t been to a gym, ever and the thought of going to one petrified me. Upon reaching my 50th year I decided to sort my fitness levels out. It’s been the best decision I could have made and I would not have done it without the support of the staff and community. Unit One is much more than a gym.
Ive been at this gym for 6 years..best gym ever that's why I stay. Affordable, classes great, staff fab..and just a Friendly atmosphere! If you dont try it..you'll regret it. Thanks
What a fantastic boxing gym, I’ve never seen anything like it. Typically you expect a boxing gym to be dark and cold, this is the exact opposite - it’s designed great! I would personally be nervous to step in to a boxing gym, but here is completely different. Craig and the staff are all so friendly, there is a host of state of the art equipment. The boxing ring set up is spot on. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough. Thank you Craig, Danny & Luca for the welcoming visit.
It's a great community, and the fitness trainers are friendly and welcoming. You can come as you are and do what you can - there's no judgement by anyone. Fellow gym goers are just as supportive as the fitness trainers.
After having been to a few gyms in the past, this is by far my favourite! I knew as soon as I looked around that I wanted to join - I love the look of the space inside, the equipment is in great condition and it's got such a community feel. It's evident that everyone who works there loves what they do, you always receive a friendly welcome whether on the front desk or on the gym floor from the team and members alike. Honestly such a great place to train!
