An ancient public Well that once served the township of Guiseley. These days, folks stop by with their children to have a paddle and splash, to water their dogs or to throw in a coin and make a WISH to end fuel poverty and request for a better government. Alas, to my knowledge, the Well or its waters do not have magical properties. Still, its very pleasant and is a nice way to spend a little of your time and contemplate the intricacies of life.
This is a sacred spot, around these springs the earliest settlement was founded, Guiseley itself is a very important place
Nice place to visit & contemplate, bad please to park a car near.
