My daughter had a Japanese head spa with Kheyra, it was her birthday treat. Kheyra was very nice, polite and welcoming. My daughter has learned a lot from her scalp analysis and how to look after her hair from now on. The Japanese head spa was amazing and relaxing. She said she felt like she was in heaven. The Santavia spa was a very welcoming and safe space that had good energy about it. Would definitely recommend this place and will be going back there for sure. Thank you Kheyra!

I visited Santavia today experiencing the purple rivers treatment by Niela and it was incredible. The attention to detail given throughout the treatment was fantastic. Loved the glass globes on my eyes, the jelly mask, all the hair detoxing and to top it off got my hands, feet & shoulders massaged too. I’ve left with much better hair, a fresh face and feeling zen and reenergised. Thank you Chelsey and your wonderful therapist for looking after me.

I booked the scalp detox service with Daniella and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. She used a tiny camera to take detailed before and after photos of my scalp, which was amazing to see the difference straight away. The treatment itself was so relaxing — I was on a heated massage bed the whole time while she shampooed, conditioned, exfoliated my scalp and even gave me a fantastic facial treatment. What stood out most was how kind and professional Daniella was throughout. She explained the whole process clearly, gave me aftercare advice so I can look after my own hair, and most importantly made me feel completely comfortable and never judged for my skin condition. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and with a much healthier scalp. I’ve gained so much of my confidence back and I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend!

I booked myself a birthday treat at Santavia Headspa after seeing it on social media and being amazed by what they had to offer. I chose the Mind-fuelness Headspa with Khezia, and both she and the treatment were absolutely amazing from start to finish. What a wonderful woman—she is incredible at what she does. I felt completely at ease and welcomed throughout the entire experience. The treatment was beyond relaxing and far exceeded my expectations. Khezia was extremely knowledgeable, brilliant at her craft, and all-round just a lovely person to have as my massage therapist for the morning. Throughout the treatment, it genuinely felt like I was having a lovely chat with a friend. I will definitely be booking again and recommending this amazing experience to all my family and friends. Best headspa I have been too over the past two years of going for headspa treatments up and down the country. I would highly recommend the purple rivers treatment, it was complete bliss. There is so much included in each of the treatments they offer but I would most definitely pay just for the service at this spa, it is unmatched. Wonderful environment, wonderful people, wonderful treatment & a one of a kind headspa experience. I will be booking in again very soon when in Yorkshire. Thankyou
